Day of Coordinator Services: $850.00

• (2) 1 hr. planning sessions

• Coordinate 1 hr rehearsal 

• Contact vendors 1 month prior to arrange arrival 

• Set timeline

• Day of wedding coordination

• Coordinate and cue the entrance and exit of wedding party for the ceremony and reception

• Release tables for dinner

• Work with music entertainment to ensure they are ready for all events throughout the evening

• Load gifts and cards into designated vehicle. 

Clean-up Services: $650.00

• Bus tables

• Handle trash disposal

• Take down, pack, and load all decor and personal items in provided containers

• Pack up any food in provided containers

• Wash, dry and load any dishes that may have been used (this does not include china, glass, or flatware settings)

Cut & Serve Cake: $75.00

• Cut and serve cake or other specified dessert

• Assist in filling refreshments and snack bar

Decor Design Services: $2,000.00

• Design ceremony and reception areas

• Guest table centerpieces

• Linen napkins

• Head table decor

• Guest sign-in/Gift table decor

• Dessert table decor

• Ceremony arch decor

• (3) 1 hr. planning sessions
