Dappled Willow’s Story

Chad and Callie Leader have a passion for breathing new life into classic properties. Having rehabilitated a few over the years and passing them along to new owners, they decided it was time for a new adventure; one that would be shared with the community.

In 2018, they saw this property, which needed a large dose of TLC, and immediately fell in love with the idea of what could become- a gathering place.

The Dappled Willow is historic property set on 12 beautiful wooded acres. Chad and Callie have taken great care to preserve the historic charm of the home, log cabin and the original “beverage” barn while utilizing traditional craftsmanship in the construction of the large event barn.

Chad and Callie Leader live on a 100 year old family farm in the northern part of Montgomery County where they are raising three children: Ty, Blake, and Ava.

They are the owners and operators of Leader Lawn & Landscape, LLC and they also raise a large flock of Dorset sheep. In their free time, they enjoy helping their children show livestock and boating as a family.
